ECH_DHPParticipantHave you – or someone you know – had a transformative or life- changing experience? Participating in this survey will allow you to learn about 84 different practices which have been found to be helpful in supporting the accommodation or integration of profound change.
For this study, a transformative experience is defined as one which has strong meaning for you, and has resulted in significant change in your beliefs, values, lifestyle, and/or worldview. This research project is looking at the process of personal or inner transformation, and how that may relate to outer change.
Further information and the link to the survey is available here…

DMJessupParticipantThis link is also dead, with zero feedback from ECH-DHP, which makes people like myself avoid ever taking part in future calls for research participants. Talk about feeling ‘used’ by others who are getting paid for research… geez.

ECH_DHPParticipantHello @DMjessup – thank you for your interest in my research into practices that support the accommodation and integration of transformative experiences.
I began this study in late 2023, and inactivated the link for potential participants when the study ended in mid-2024. in response to your concern about being taken advantage of by “others who are getting paid for research” – this study was conducted while I was a graduate student, which means that I was actively paying tuition rather than being paid for doing research.
If you are interested in reading my co-authored, published paper that discusses some of the learnings from this study, it is readily available here – https://www.mdpi.com/2078-1547/16/3/30. The original study of the 84 practices, authored by Marie Grace Brook, PhD, is available here https://mariegracebrook.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/brook-2021-apa-journal-prs-istei-article.pdf
I hope that some of this information may be helpful to you.
Kind regards;
